What I Do

I provide new home purchase inspections, new construction phase inspections, pre-listing inspections, septic system and water well inspections and water quality testing. Go to the next page for more specific information about a home inspection. I bring my computer, printer, and a digital camera with me to the inspection so I can generate the reports on site and then do a walk through with the customer.

When the inspection is complete and we have went over the report together, I will give you my opinion of the home. When I finish the report, I always ask myself "would I move my family into this home?" I will tell you if this house is worth your time and investment or if you need to walk away. I do not mess around when answering this question.
